Depending on how you use Dagmont, we may process account details, organization membership, site and fleet operational records, mission and command history, deployment case records, evidence metadata, uploaded files, audit events, integration references between Dagmont Command and Dagmont Deployment Intelligence, and inquiry form submissions.

Dagmont uses essential cookies required for authenticated sessions so you can stay signed in to Dagmont Deployment Intelligence and Dagmont Command. These cookies are necessary for the service to function. Dagmont does not currently use non-essential advertising or analytics cookies that require a consent banner.

Application data, operational records, and evidence files are processed on managed hosting infrastructure used to operate Dagmont services. Access to customer content is limited to authorized application workflows for the relevant organization. Tenant isolation is enforced so one organization cannot access another organization's records through the product.

Dagmont Command supports supervised live robot operations. Dagmont Deployment Intelligence investigates, verifies, and documents what happened. When an authorized user escalates an operational event from Dagmont Command into Dagmont Deployment Intelligence, selected operational context may be transferred for investigation under the organization's access controls. Dagmont Command does not automatically resume missions or restore dispatch eligibility based only on a Dagmont Deployment Intelligence result.
