How It Works

From blocked deployment to evidence-backed acceptance

Dagmont Deployment Intelligence records what failed, tracks corrective action, verifies retests, and documents customer acceptance for stalled robot rollouts.

1. Capture the deployment case

Create a deployment record with robot, site, integrator, stage, and acceptance context. Attach acceptance criteria and the systems involved in the rollout.

2. Record the failure evidence

Collect evidence, timeline events, failed tests, and open questions. Link hypotheses to supporting or contradictory evidence so the investigation stays auditable.

3. Resolve, retest, and verify

Track corrective actions, record configuration versions, define retest plans, and capture run results against the original failure condition.

4. Document customer acceptance

Share selected records with customer reviewers, collect review comments, and document internal recommendations or customer decisions with a clear audit trail.
