1. Capture failed requirements
Establish a deployment record with robot, site, integrator, stage, and acceptance context. Attach acceptance criteria and the systems involved in the rollout.
2. Connect deployment evidence
Connect evidence, timeline events, failed tests, and open questions. Link hypotheses to supporting or contradictory evidence so the investigation stays auditable.
3. Corrective actions and retesting
Record corrective actions and configuration versions, define retest plans, and validate results against the original failed requirement.
